Un moment historique
Le 29 janvier 1886, le brevet DRP 37435 de Carl Benz marquait le début d’une nouvelle ère. Mercedes ne s’est pas contentée de fêter cet événement marquant ; elle l’a fait savoir avec une touche de nostalgie sur Instagram. « Il y a exactement 140 ans, le premier véhicule propulsé par un moteur à essence a changé le monde », a-t-elle déclaré, rappelant avec fierté son rôle de pionnière dans le secteur automobile. Un cap enviable qui a également suscité des vœux chaleureux de la part de ses concurrents allemands.
Porsche : L’émotion au rendez-vous
Porsche, de son côté, a opté pour une approche plus sentimentale. La marque a évoqué la belle histoire qui lie les deux géants, depuis les débuts de leurs fondateurs jusqu’aux pilotes emblématiques qui ont marqué le sport automobile. La proximité géographique entre Stuttgart, berceau des deux marques, n’est pas qu’une coïncidence.
